Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Items listed as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
- Any items with a discount of more than 30% are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

- Our support team will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be provided with the required information (such as a return address).
- Return the goods to the provided address.
- After the goods are received and inspected, we will arrange a refund within 3 working days to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Returns must include all original accessories.
- Items must include their original packaging.
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
- Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
